1. Within 1 - 2 km of Punta
Prima roundabout
The WOK chinese buffet (new
shopping centre at the roundabout) offers reasonable food at very reasonable prices.
The Asturias restaurant is on the N332 towards Cartagena and about 500 metres
from the roundabout-just past the local Carrefour. Again reasonable food, good prices and nice surroundings.
Another Chinese
Restaurant is at Villa
Park 3 which is about half a mile past Consum. Food is very cheap and not too bad. There are dozens of other Chinese
restaurants in the area. There are also English and Indian restaurants here.
A great Spanish restaurant adjacent to Punta Prima roundabout is Patio Andaluz.
Go on a Thursday or Sunday and see Flamenco dancers, but book a table-it's very popular.
2. A bit further:
In Torrevieja, the best restaurant in my opinion is El Muelle, on the seafront.
There are dozens of others.
Los Balcones offers several excellent spanish, english, italian, chinese etc.
restaurants.
Rancho Blanco is out in the sticks towards Orihuela. Rough road, (access
from the A7 motorway roundabout) but well worth the effort.
